The texture of the cream cheese is great, the only downside is the difficulty of opening the package- but it doesn't define the actual product its self, this is the to go cream cheese in my household!

This size of package was exactly the amount of cream cheese I needed to make a cheese cake. I prefer this brand over others because it has a much better taste and is much creamier making for a richer texture in my cheesecake
