The texture and flavor is good! We use it for cooking and baking. I don’t care for the packaging though it’s a little hard to open. The consistency is always good too!

I generally only buy Philadelphia cream cheese. It doesn’t have any odd ingredients and you can use it for a multitude of recipes not just for bagels. It is great cream cheese. What else can you say?

I think I use this cream cheese in everything especially my Tuscan dishes! The texture makes everything so creamy makes the consistency of my dishes just right! The taste is so yummy and I love this on my raisin bread in the morning.
