I LOVE CREAM CHEESE! This brand is one of the few I have tried but it is so good. Affordable for a small tub that will lost a long time. They even have an option for low fat so it can be healthier than the regular.

I used this to make a stuffed deer back strap! It was creamy and had the perfect tang to it. Cooked up very nicely! Melted but still thick enough to not leak out during the roasting process.
