Love this cheese and great price

Always top rated by my family. Love multi packs for desserts. I miss the individual packs you use to do. Who wants to open a whole block for a bagel and risk not using in time. Please bring back single serve packs.

When you freeze this, it breaks up on the thaw. In other words, when it thaws it has more of a crumbled feta consistency. It doesn't change the flavor any. I went back to tubs of Philly instead of the blocks. BUT, great price if you go through a lot if this! I have also found that the tubs of Philly seem sweeter in flavor and the blocks are more stout.

If you’re going to bake with cream cheese this brand is the way to go. They don’t use all of the gums and the texture is perfect. Also, I’ve been going through chemo and deal with daily nausea and cream cheese is one of the best things to settle my stomach (spread on a bagel, on crackers, etc.) I normally would never buy this large of a pack for my household of two people but I’ve been going through it like crazy. Haha. Plus the date is long enough (well into next year) that I could use it for holiday baking and cooking if needed.

Great price for the product buying the 4 pack. We use a lot on bagels, English muffins, etc
