Have been using this product for years. Best to make anything like a cheese cake or dip. It is smooth and has a creamy texture and a mild taste. Not a sour buttermilky taste like some other brands. Love it. I keep some in my frige.

I don’t but this product very often, but am happy to have it in my refrigerator. If I were to improve this product I’d find a way to put measurement indicators on the packaging. This could help for people who track their food or recipe accuracy.
