Philadelphia original cream cheese is my favorite brand of cream cheese! I always have some of these on hand to make my Japanese cheesecake. It has a best creamy taste, the texture is super smooth and best to cook with almost anything.

I have tried replacement brands and the flavor does not compare to the original Philadelphia cream cheese. Also other brands don't spread as well. Stay away from substitutions.

I only use this when I'm making creamed spinach. This and a few snips of some chives taste yummy. I've never tried another brand so I can't compare.. but this is nice and creamy.
