I love using cream cheese to make butter cream. It’s taste and the texture comes out good. Unlike other brands I have used the flavor aren’t good at all and you can taste the difference but with Philadelphia cream cheese it’s the best!

philadelphia cream cheese is the best brand of cream cheese. however the block is too hard for spreading onto a bagel and i prefer to use they’re other cream cheese in the containers. the block is good for cooking and chicken wing dip making though
