I like this cream cheese to make my desserts and to spread on bread. It is soft and very creamy. Philadelphia is the best choice when choosing a cream cheese. I recommend it.

I used this to make a stuffed deer back strap! It was creamy and had the perfect tang to it. Cooked up very nicely! Melted but still thick enough to not leak out during the roasting process.
