Lately, during pandemic times, I have been baking a cheesecake more often than I normally would; you cannot beat Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese.

I personally just enjoy it on a toasted bagel with some everything seasoning but it also works well in any type of recipe you can think of. The consistency is always smooth and easy to mix. This is a great cream cheese to use and it’s never watery, unlike buying storebrand there’s tends to be on the watery side. Now I’ve made cookies with cream cheese and it made the cookies nice and airy and just light and tasty. I would never go back to buying any other brand except for Philadelphia cream cheese. Even though I have tried Cabot and so there’s not bad either.
