I used the cream cheese whipped with a little sugar. I make a banana bread add half batter to pan then add the whipped cream cheese to pan, then add rest of batter. It comes out as a banana bread with a cheesecake filling. Very good

I generally only buy Philadelphia cream cheese. It doesn't have any odd ingredients and you can use it for a multitude of recipes not just for bagels. It is great cream cheese. What else can you say?

The taste is basic but pretty good. The texture is great for making cakes and cheesecakes. The freshness depends on where you buy the cheese but the packaging is practical and really good.

There are so many recipes that you can use Philadelphia. Original cream cheese in! There were recipes. I was surprised about using this product in, but we're absolutely delicious! I would call this a fun product!
