Sam's Club did not deliver it on time. Over an hour late, when I was not home. I even called them and informed their customer service I would not be home and no one would be there. i talked to 2 different customer service reps and were told 2 different things. First rep informed me I would be reimbursed. The second one told be to call the store which would have been my third call for their poor delivery service. Cream cheese was warm and I had to throw it away. I do not recommend their delivery service to anyone,

i have bought this many times at sam's. great product. however, the last 2 times i looked for it, all i could find was sam's brand. i bought one, tried it, and was very disappointed. i don't know if they replaced Philadelphia brand with their own, but i will never buy their brand again.

Use in a lot of desserts and i buy a bunch.
