You can use in deserts, on bagels or in some dishes. We made some jalapeño poppers and mixed together some cream cheese and cheddar so get the creaminess and stringiness.

No other cream cheese has the strong flavor of the original cream cheese block. I like its taste much more than the spreadable tub versions. I put it on bagels, use it for dips, on top of breaded chicken, for desserts, you name it.
