This is a great low carb versatile cream cheese. I use it so often in a main course, a dessert or with a snack. It is wonderful in a variety of sauces.

I have not tried a lot of the brands of CC out there but Philadelphia is by far the best tasting one I've had. I'm stan the original but I am all about some flavored versions. Great for cooking, baking, dips, and spreads.
