I always choose Philadelphia cream cheese if I can justify the cost difference when compared to other brands. There is just something better about Philadelphia cream cheese.

I found a brownie cheesecake recipe and this works great with the recipe. The cheesecake recipe is from scratch and is delicious! I plan to make the cheesecake recipe using this cream cheese again minus the brownies! Yummy!
