Used to do lot of baking and my preference when it comes to creme cheese always goes with Philadelphia original. texture to packing and availability in many grocery stores is a plus always when it comes to my preference of use.

Philadelphia brand cream cheese is always delicious. The bar/block shape is good for baking and cooking or for using to spread on toast or bagels. Versatile, even delicious to eat on its own. Bakes into a delectable, smooth and creamy cheesecake and is an unctuous addition to baked macaroni and cheese.

First, I'd like to point out that Philadelphia Cream Cheese is the best cream cheese on the planet!! It's creamy and thick and does not resemble the generic cream cheeses at all! It has the best flavor of them all, and my family will not use anything else. We have a family dip recipe that has been in the family for more than 70 years and Philadelphia Cream Cheese is the only one that was ever used thoughout our generations. Secondly, buying it from Sam's Club makes the most sense because they have the best prlces. Everywhere else seems to jack up the price and that is not the case here.

There's no comparison between Philadelphia cream cheese and store brands. Best is the ease of unwrapping the block and putting into my cream cheese keeper. The packaging is much easier to remove and the cream cheese doesn't stick to the package like store brands do. We love this cream cheese on bagels and also in recipes.

I like Philadelphia cream cheese but I don't think they took into consideration that some people would notice. We were getting five packs of cream cheese and now only four and the price is still the same. But I won't stop buying the product because I love Philadelphia cream cheese!
