I use it to make my own whipped flavored cream cheese for bagels and crackers, and also like to use it in deserts such as cheesecake. I love this cheese very much. There was a time, I ate mostly a kind of set of "I wanted to make rolls, but then I thought it would do anyway", consisting of sliced salmon, this cheese, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Cheap, angry, extremely primitive in cooking and damn it incredibly tasty. I must admit that without this cheese my joy would be incomplete) I really like Philadelphia rolls, but I'm too lazy to wrap them and cook rice, so everyone with similar gastronomic preferences can use my way. And I highly recommend this cheese, it is beyond praise.
