My truck is only 2 1/2 years old. So when I found out I had a dead battery, I was not happy. I went to auto zone where they quoted me over $300 for a new battery. I then went to Sam’s Club where it was quoted $100 cheaper. I figured, Duracell batteries have a great reputation so I’m gonna go for it. I’m glad I did. The techs at Sam’s Club got me in and out. The battery is running great, and I hope it lasts longer than the 2 1/2 year manufactory battery did.

Came to Sams Club Severn to get my car battery tested and possibly replaced. The technicians were outstanding as they guided me step by step as they checked my battery and found it needed replacement. I was able to get the best battery for my vehicle with the Duracell brand because the Duracell car batteries have always been excellent on my vehicles for my family and me. They were able to remove and install my battery with ease and i was on my way way in no time. My hats off to Mr Parris and his team at Sams Severn.

Had Sams Install the battery. The guy installing the battery broke the cover that covers the positive post. Did not know this untill I got home. I thought I look at my new battery. Called Sams about this basically they said they were sorry but tough luck. I ended up taping it back on. They could a lease offer to buy a new one for me. They said they would add 15.00 dollars to my sams cash don't know it that happen.

I am very happy with the merchandise and service for the new battery that was installed. Only issue was that the size I needed was always out out of stock and had to keep calling for new delivery. Also had 3 tire sensors replaced. excellent price compared to dealerships.

AFTER A FEW WEEKS........SO FAR SO GOOD. MY CAR WAS STARTING MOST OF THE TIME AND WHEN IT DID START WAS SLOW STARTING. A NEW BATTERY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. IT RECEIVES AN EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT IS PERFORMING AS DESIGNED AFTER A FEW WEEKS; WHICH IS NOT NECESSARILY A FAIR REVIEW.

It fit like ot was supposed to, and the price was the cheapest i found. Ask me in 5 years if its still working.

I was seeing some small electrical issues in my pickup and could not determine the cause. The realized that my battery was six years old and probably needed to be replaced. This one has removed all the minor problems.

I am satisfied with the battery. But because my fuse box is sitting on top of the battery, it could not be installed due to the fact that the mechanic is not trained to install batteries on newer models that has devices of such. I had to go to another shop, pay more money after I already spent $300

Duracell Battery Group 48 AGM was very difficult to get. Had to wait weeks for delivery of this battery and then, when it arrived, only a handful of these batteries were available even though many vehicles require this specific battery ... Order more and more frequent deliveries please!!!

I purchased two batteries and a week later I was back at the GMC dealer. One of the batteries was junk. I returned both to Sam’s Club with no issues on the return.
