I received the package from FedEx on the date is was supposed to arrive, which was great. However, when I I opened the box the meat was almost completely thawed out and some of it was leaking bloody liquid into and all over the box! Yuck!! I washed the individual packages to get the sticky stuff off and then used my Foodsaver to wrap and seal them before putting the thawed meat in my freezer. Then I called the meat market at Sam’s to explain the situation and was told the meat was probably okay.

I'm lucky that I live alone. The amount of meat received is disappointing. 3 packages of ground beef, 2 steak tips, etc. All the packages feel like they are 1lb each. So after cooking each, they'll equal about 2/3lb each. Not worth the price, but the quality was good. They arrived in FL a day late, but frozen solid, packed in a cooler box with dry ice. The packaging is nice, straight from the box to the freezer, already pre-labeled and vacuum sealed. If the steaks were larger, and ground beef wasn't 1/3 of the product it might be worth $90. As delivered the price should be about $60. This is my first review for Sam's that's below 5 stars. Disappointed.

Arrived two days late in the nice warm California weather there was zero ice in the box and the box was full of blood protein, like as if the packages had leaked even though they were supposed to be vacuum sealed will never buy again now they’re telling me I have to return the bloody box with this meat to get refunded? Never buy this you’re better off just walking in the store and getting a separate coat of meat. I took pictures, but won’t let me upload.

Just had the top sirloin with another one I bought in store. Both are member's mark prime and are cooked exactly the same way. The one I got from the store tastes more tender and apparently has much more marbling. The delivered one is more chewy and less juicy. I think I'll stick with buying meat from Sam's directly instead of having it delivered from now on.

I wanted to like this product, I had big plans to purchase a box every month when I found out it existed. BUT.... it was missing one of the most expensive cuts of meat for starters. I expressed the situation to support and they partially refunded me which was nice (I appreciate that). But then it gets worse, and I wont even bother complaining or starting another case but every package that I have opened has been browned and smells awful, the meat is gross and almost spoiled. There is an air leak or a cut in every single bag, I haven't had a single bag that was fully intact and still sealed. When it thaws there is blood all over my refrigerator. The ground beef was especially disgusting. It is a great concept and I hope people have better luck than I did. It felt like I just got a bunch of left over. misfits/ damaged items that they couldn't sell in a mystery box. Very sad :( I will mention that the package did great with shipping, everything was still totally frozen when I got it.

Best purchase! Best Value! this is the way to purchase, perfect packaged and delivered right to my door when I wanted it. All I had to do was put it straight in the freezer.

This was a very nice Premium Meat Box, packaged well, came in as noted, and ALL the items included in it were well worth the price. So glad, I was able to purchase and receive this quality meat box.

It arrived in good condition but not high quality. was good for supplementing my groceries. Had a couple of steaks that weren't sealed well and leaked while defrosting.

I've never been able to buy a steak and cook it like a restaurant. So imagine my surprise when I cooked two of these and they were better than a restaurant. Can't wait to make hamburgers. I will be restocking with these on a regular bases.
