Got these leggings for my 9 year old. She is between a size 8 and 10. Went ahead and got a 10/12 for her. They are a little big for her good thing she will eventually grow into them. They do feel soft, comfortable and stylish. Like that they have pockets that's a plus. Recommend.

My daughter liked how tight they were and how colorful they are. The pockets are nice. She would like to wear them when she is being active and also they would be good for running. She liked how high they were because they felt really good around her waist.

The pattern on these pants are different not in a bad way but wouldnt be my first choice. I do like there are a lot of different colors in the pants to go with alternative colors of tops. I like that there are pockets but the pocket placement seems to be favoring the back of the pants. They need to be shifted slightly to the front by maybe an inch.

The fabric was soft and comfortable. My daughter loved the side pockets. The only complaint was that it was too short. It came to just above her ankles which is what the product claimed. However, she likes them to go all the way to her socks and these didn't. She is 11 and I think they would definitely be too short for 12yr olds. The waist was snug but not too tight.
