This is the very best salsa we have purchased from a store. Tastes exactly like the recipe for Applebee’s Pico De Gallo that I’ve made for many years. Very mild, yet fresh and flavorful. Sounds goofy, but gives us a taste of summer in the middle of a cold Minnesota winter. We can’t quit eating chips!

My family is usually a big fan of fresh salsas - we buy some brands at the regular grocery store on a normal basis. This looks like it would be delicious, but I could tell just at opening that there was a LOT of onion in it. It's way less red than our normal choices, and the onion smell was overpowering. It also felt like garlic and onion were the main flavor profiles, and the cilantro and tomato were almost lost in that respect. I wouldn't buy it again.

Tried this salsa several years ago when tomatoes were out of season. I have kept a constant stock of it ever since. My boys who are 2 and 4 love it and will eat things once I have topped them with the salsa that they wouldn't have otherwise (eggs, tacos). It has a wonderful fresh flavor and is more like a pico de gallo than your typical processed salsa. We put it on the usual Mexican fare, plus eggs and sandwiches. I also get rave reviews of my guacamole when all I do is mix mashed avocados, a squeeze of lemon juice, a sprinkle of salt, and Italian Rose Fresh Cilantro Salsa to taste.

This is more of a pico than a salsa but people name things differently. I think it's delicious. Not hot but not bland. My favorite is a scoop on my hashbrown or on top of scrambled eggs. I hadn't seen this prior to last week but I already bought another jar.

The product appears to contain dill but does not list it in the ingredients. Dill affects me, not an anaphylactic shock thank God, but a nervous system reaction like a cat on catnip episode. I tried the salsa for the first time on some enchiladas at 6:30 pm and it's now 2:02 AM and I'm laying in bed wide awake after a long set of vivid nightmares. Please list all ingredients

I saw this and it looked good but it is hard to find a good premade salsa. The reviews worried me but as I was standing there I noticed some jars were a brighter red than others. I compared the dates and the brighter ones had a later date although all had a while till the expiration date. This may be why some people loved it and some gave horrible reviews. My jar was delicious but have to keep this in mind next time I buy some.

I could just sit with a spoon and eat this stuff right out of the jar. I will say, though, that I do love frying both sides of small party breads in a little butter and olive oil and then topping with the fresh salsa. YUM!! I saw Julie do it in the film Julie and Julia!!

I love a good cilantro salsa... this is NOT a good cilantro salsa. I'm thinking it was the type of tomatoes they used. Flavorless. Also quite onion-y. Otherwise if you cook with it, you might be able to help it. Didn't get that far. It has a fresh 'feel' to it like Pico de Gallo, but not. Lots of juice.

I usually buy the dave and chucks salsa but decided to give this one a try as i love Salento and miss the extra Salento flavor dave and chuck used to have the sams brand was horrible to say the least i was three bites in and tossed the jar never again

This salsa is horrible. Slimy, no flavor at all, not even cilantro. No spices at all. This is even worse than mild sauce. Almost like they used green peppers not Anaheim or jalapenos. Don't buy. Don't spend your money. Even the Pace brand Mild is better than this "fresh" product. I cannot say enough about how bad it is......
