I used the Select Surfaces stair nose molding to add the finished look to my staircase! It was easy to use. I watched the video installation and instructions from their web site. It was a breeze. Just attach the clip with small screws and snap the moulding in! I am not a handyman or carpenter and I found the product to be very easy to install and provides a beautiful end result! I would definitely recommend for finishing off your stair’s for a professional look!

This product looks high quality, very good material. It seems scratch resistant. The color of the molding doesn’t quite match the color of the plank, I would give it an 85% color match. Perhaps on a staircase it would not be too perceivable, but on a transition from one room to another you will tell the difference in color.

The stair nose molding matches the flooring tiles perfectly. Not only do they match, they appear very durable to withstand the continuous use of stair climbing. I look forward to using the product in my next Home improvement project.

Sams sent some samples of the main floor board and 3 trim pieces. The quality looks excellent. I am not sure how resistant this material will be to scratching and denting as the surface is a thin laminate. It does look very much like real wood. I may put this in one of my hallways and see how it wears.

Let me make this clear, I was sent a sample. Would I use this in a project? I think I would. The quality looked good. The sample was thicker then I that was going to be. The color of the sample was a nice barnwood. It was a nice neutral color that would go with many decors.

Seems to be great quality. Should work perfectly for our project. I absolutely love the color! I hope it looks as good and lasts as long as I think it should. I have high hopes that it will so just that.

It’s ok, there’s a difference in colors of both products provided. Wished there were instructions included how to use/compare. Completely clueless as how to use these. Tried to look online for recommendations/suggestions, but couldn’t find any.

The flooring sample that was sent to me is a very stout product. I have a similar product on the floor in my house from sams club we installed years ago that is very sturdy. And similar. I am impressed that it is thicker than what I have and seems very durable. I not sure if we will replace what we have or not yet but I do like the tone of the same they sent.

The Barnwood Stair Nose Molding seems to be very sturdy and able to hold up under heavy traffic. There were no instructions included and the grooves and slots did not match up with what we have in our home, so we are not currently able to use it. Our home was built in the 1800's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in the mail as sample. I like the concept however not sure how to “link” the pieces together. I will say my box arrived beat up and the wood pieces were chipped so maybe that’s why I couldn’t put together. So for that, I would worry about the quality/durability as I have kids and 2 small dogs. Think I would have also liked better in a darker color.
