Sometimes great, other times mushy and goes back quickly. Must take out of the wrapper right away or they mold faster.

They were nice and firm with good flavor. They were tasty in salads and there were no bruises or bad spots.

These are my favorite cucumbers, they have a mild flavor and I love them sliced or quick pickled. No cucumber burps from these!

Taste is great, fresh and has a good crunch but if you do not use with in a couple days the cucumbers go bad and mold.
