Incomplete order received

I didn't receive the cucumbers with the rest of my order but i was charged for them. Customer service is the worse… how can i bring back something that was not received (I was told it was the only way to get my money back)

Started going bad within 3 days of purchase. I live 30 minutes away so not worth it to return.
