Whenever I know I’m going to need cucumbers to make for a salad, I go to Sam’s for them. Their fruits and veggies are always FRESH and reliable. I like that each is individually wrapped for long lasting freshness. I can keep it refrigerated for weeks and it still stays fresh to use for my salads.

Great for Danish cucumber salad, mix 1 cup of white simple vinegar 1/2 water 1/2 sugar one teaspoon of ground pepper 2-3 bay leaves in a small cooking pot, give it a small boil dissolve sugar and let I cool, slice 1 cucumber very and thin and spread out on a dinner dish, add 2 table spoon of sea salt over the sliced cucumber, mix it inn, let stand in fridge 1/2 hrs. to drain juice out of cucumber then flush off most of the salt with cold water squeeze softly to get water out. Steam off / clean a suitable lockable jar put the cucumbers in first and fill in / top off with the cooled vinegarmix, keep refrigerated.

These cucumbers are crispy and taste good, especially during winter season where climate only allows growing fresh cucumbers in summer.

I love these and Sam’s Club always has fresh ones. I like to slice and place on a saltine cracker with cream cheese. Makes a fast delicious snack.

These are good cucumbers, always clean and individually packaged. We typically don't buy these as they tend to spoil quickly, within less than a week. But this time they haven't so we may buy more often.

Great product for slicing and placing in a water and white wine vinegar solution for house-made pickles. Of course, it won't hurt to add some additional herbs and spices, including: Kosher Salt Minced Garlic Peppercorns Ground Mustard Dill Weed, Jalapeno Slices Red Onion Slivers.
