Bad package of sausage delivered to us .

Need to watch expiration dates. Bought 2 and they were both expired by almost a month.

These links look great in the package, but when I cooked only three, they were full of gristle and nodules, not at all tasty. I felt that I was eating offal from the pig plus whatever fake process is used to enhance the red appearance for packaging. Maybe I got a bad batch, but am not willing to try another after this experience. Took the rest back to Sam's.

Says that it is 0.24 cents per lb when it should be listed per ounce

Best sausage, hands down.
