I was excited to get this but it only works 1 out of 10 times. Flimsy plastic, the blade will cut one ring then quit. I got one perfectly shaped potato peeled, but it took two tries because the blade quit cutting so I had to stop, re-align it and start it again. Now I have the hassle of returning it or just just write it off

I was so excited for this product and instantly disappointed. The blade would not make it all the way around the potato before it flew off across the room. I tried with several different potatoes large and small. I had to return the product. I definitely do not recommend it.

It's a shame. this worked flawlessly for one, small 5 lb. bag of potatoes (and 2 apples). Peeled both quicky and easily, usually in one, VERY long piece of peel. Then it didn't peel. I wanted replace the blade (it comes with two spares), but that was VERY challenging, as the unit did NOT come with instructions. Finally got the blade off, but replacement blade would not stay on. Company does not even appear to have a phone number on their website. It's going back.

It just stopped working out of nowhere. After only 3 or 4 times of use. It saved on time for me when cooking big meals for family, before it gave out. I was disappointed but cs said they will handle it. Sams cs has always been on point so I have full confidence they will fix the issue and hopefully I'll have a working peeler soon. Let's hope the next one lasts.

Works quick and easy if produce is perfectly shaped - we know we are all a bit unique so if an apple is slightly not perfectly circular, the blade falls off. I even tried a cucumber for the blade to fall off. Almost was going to super glue it because it does finish a whole item in 15 seconds; decided to return it.

Where it peels your pills great where it doesn’t feel like I still have to feel it.

I bought 2 of them because my daughter has a large family & those boys love their mashed potatoes! She has also used it peel apples! Not sure why there are bad reviews unless they just got a lemon, we love ours!

For the price, this peeler is great. It works the best when peeling harder items, like apples or potatoes and not so well with soft ones, like kiwi. I have been using this for a month now and the blade is still quite sharp. It is not able to get the peel at the very top or bottom of the fruit, but otherwise, it works as expected.
