I was so excited to finally get 1 of these because it is so hard on my hands to peel potatoes anymore or apples for my grandkids. I read all the directions did everything it said to do. Put an apple on it, it was working great, then halfway through something broke inside and it quit working. Now I am leery about getting another one.

It is working for now, and like others, I enjoy watching it peels potato. But here is what seems to be another interesting use for it I wonder why it was not part of its marketing. It can create strips of potato and those are more suitable for stir-frying and shorter time air-frying.

WORKS GREAT EASY TO USE. THE BATTERYPACK DID NOT WORK BUT I PLAN TO EXCHANGE AT THE STORE, ALL MY FIRENDS WANT TO GET ONE FOR IT BEATS PEELING THE POTATOS THE CUCUMBERS AND THE ORANGE BY HAND, GREAT ITEM TO GIVE AS A PRESENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANK YOU

If you don't like to peel tata's, apples, pears, etc; or hindered by arthritis, etc; this little gadget may be a great compromise! Downsides: A bit noisy, a bit off in getting a clean peel, and def overpriced ($9.99-11.99 is more reasonable, more sales, better reviews, and less returns). Upsides: Easy to use, lightweight, battery and electric capability, blade is sharp but covered, great design, functions well, saves time. Overall: Good enough for its purpose and fun! For the price, you need more color options - I'd like it in white, but gray would be nice too.

First let me say that Im neither paid,nor any incentives for my HONEST opinion here...... I LOVE,LOVE this potato peeler,it has made doing potatoes a breeze! I do have to cut the top %26 bottom peelings off,but sooo what,I dont have to do the whole potato!👏👏 You better grab this while you can %26 its on sale because you WILL thank me later! My mom %26 aunt gort them one after seeing mine in action, it's AWESOME!

I like the idea that was thought of making this product but it is made so cheap. It is not made for anything thing other then for potatoes. It can't even be to large of a potatoes because it will probably tip over it is so light and made out of the cheapest and thinnest plastic. I tried oranges and it peeled it but it kept falling off, when you try to secured the orange the just comes out spreading all over the machine and table. It was a good idea but doesn't work to good on nothing but small and medium potatoes.

This is one of the greatest things that I've ever had. Lol I have Parkinson's disease and it's hard for me to peel potatoes. I just stick it in that thing, push the button and it peels and leaves more potato than I do. I am going to try taking the peelings, after I've washed the potato thoroughly, taking the peelings and dipping them in egg and then flour with spices and putting them in the air fryer. It peels the potato in one great big long ribbon and I think that it would be way better than the potato skins in restaurants, crunchy %26 seasoned – – – I think it's gonna be wonderful.! Trust me, you will love this potato peeler!

Since there was no instructions or anything with it, I had to figure it out for myself. It wasn't hard, but it would have been nice to know if there was any way to determine if set correctly. Trial and error figured that out fast. Still don't know how to change blade. Too sharp to just mess around with it. But over all figure it rate five stars.

Peels potatoes well, you loose the ends where it doesn't get, but peel is so thin it leaves the goodness on the potato. Peels apples ok, it 'jumped' over a section so when I placed back it really dug into the apple. If you can only use one hand, like myself, this is an excellent purchase.

I first purchased Starfrit Electric Peeler about 6 months ago and we just love it, we use it to peel potatoes, cucumbers, apples, onion, it does such a great job, I just purchased 6 more for Christmas gifts, you can't beat the price and it is so easy to use, I would recommend this product to everyone!
