[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am definitely not a Sommelier but I do enjoy a glass of wine, and I do prefer reds. My husband likes sweeter white wine and very rarely can I convince him to try a dry red. The Night Hawk Black: Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfectly agreeable wine for us both. It’s very smooth, lightly smoky with rich caramel notes and finishes with chocolate and dark cherry hints. The smoky tones are a welcome addition to the wine and really bring out more complexity. This is a great choice if you are looking for a Cabernet Sauvignon or any red for that matter.

The taste is yummy with hints of fruit and chocolate so…. We paired it with chocolate! So delicious!!!!

I live and work in Napa in the wine industry. I sell a ton of wine and I drink even more. I was absolutely blown away by this boxed wine, when it had the Chile Cab in it at least. After not being able to find it for a long while, I finally tracked down a few boxes about an hour away so I went and grabbed a few boxes to have on hand. Dollar for dollar there is not a better cab you can drink and not worry about the price. While on the ride home I noticed something. it was no longer a Chilean Cabernet but a California Cab. For that hour long car ride home I could do nothing but hope it was close. Upon getting home and getting it in my glass.... its close but no cigar. This upset me a little bit. I will still enjoy it. but that might be the last boxes i get of this. Hopefully they go back to the Chilean Cab.

We are vinifiles. Needed a nice mud week wine so as not to tap the cellar. Friend who owned small vineyard of fresh hybrids suggested this wine. We were first aghast. Now so happy Except reinvent the pour spout.... hard to use. Not happy customer...

Hi, So I recently discovered this wine and I can absolutely affirm that it's my new all time favorite! Such rich flavors with a delicate aftertaste that just makes drinking wine an amazing experience. I discovered it while visiting the U.S. but I actually live in Colombia. I have done a thorough research, but haven't been able to find it here. Is there a way to buy it online and having it delivered?

I am A cab guy, and i have been checking out many different Cab's. My Brother in law AND Father in law recommended the Nighthawk Black Bourbon Barrel Cab. all I can say is WOW it is a very good wine, I always thought box wine was cheap wine not good wine, I was wrong.
