Best ribs, best price

We love these ribs. We wrap them in foil, after removing the silverskin and seasoning, and cook them on the grill. Sometimes they're fall off the bone amazing. Sometimes they're not. They're always good, but sometimes they're really great. Sam's has the best ribs for the best price. Someone told me once to use a paper towel to remove that stubborn silverskin, so that's what I do now. It makes it much easier to hold onto.

Worse baby backs ever

The baby backs that are now in Sam’s Club are super fatty and don’t cook very well. Changing brands don’t always mean better. Please go back to last meat company because the new ribs are not good at all. %wastedmymoney

The ones I got were cut from the bigger ribs. Cut to make you think your getting baby back. Baby back doesn't have that much fat. This were no different than the fact they had cost more. Week before I got the big ribs. Cost per pound was higher for what was passed off as baby back. Baby back is more meat than fat. Leaner meat. Going back to my meat market for my baby back, only 42 cents higher. But you get what you are paying for. Not sure who is doing this. The big ribs have the big bones, the baby back has the tiny bone. That's why they are called Baby back ribs.

Inconsistent quality

Too inconsistent some are very good some are just terrible. Broken bones and blood shot meat on at least one package per case.

These ribs are no different than most other brands. We have ribs 2 to 3 times a month. I have Smoky ribs from the other stores , and these ribs are just as good , if not better than the others. I buy these on a regular basis.
