Best way to buy ribs!

Very good cut of ribs

I purchased 3 packs 6 ribs yesterday and was completely disgusted at the amount of Fat on these ribs. I have always had complete confidence in Smithfield baby back ribs but yesterday changed my option . These ribs also had a foul odor and top top rib looked ok but the bottom slab was 40 percent FAT. I called the customer service department and instructed to return the foul smelling Fatty Ribs back to the store to receive credit. What change at the factory.

Product details say 6-7 bags with 2 slabs in each, but also says 18 slabs total. The last purchase of this product I made had 3 slabs per bag and was 52 lbs total at $156.00 now you get half the amount.

I don't know how many times we have bought and smoked these ribs, but I do know they have turned out very well each time. They are even good reheated.
