Great for baked mac & cheese

No date on packaging, was moldy in a week. Kept in air tight and removed seal while some in zip lock to use

I wish they had the finer shredded cheese in the big bag, but this is a great price and we buy it every other week

This is a great tasting cheese that's useful for any dish. However, the price has recently gone up over the inflation rate and is getting close to being too expensive to buy.

like the cheese size shreds. tastes freshly shredded. Only drawback is the closing of the bag is not very good. Would be better if a zip lock so it can be repeatly opened. The tape doesn't stick after a little bit

This pack is a standard in our house! We buy this larger bulk size and then re-pack into smaller freezer ziploc bags for storage. Saves a lot of money in our cheese-loving household! Great as an ingredient in entrees, dips, garnishes, etc...

I use a lot of cheese & I like the idea that I don't have to grate the block cheese when I need some. Much easier to use. A little pricier but worth it.
