This cheese is a basic mild cheddar that gets the job done. It’s not the best tasting cheese but for the money per pound it’s one of the better deals for cheese at Sams.

I did not care for the unnaturally bright orange color. It didn’t seem to taste as good as usual either. This is the first time this shredded cheddar was subpar.

If you wont cheese that taste like it was just shredded, then you need this! I don't see how Sam's always has such fresh items but they are amazing! I love getting the big pack and putting cheese in sandwiche bags and put them in my refrigerator. These will last forever and they still taste fresh! Great product and the quality is great! You save alot of money also!

They say the smaller 2 pack is the same cheese I care to differ. I love the flavor and how well these melts. I bought 2 packs and took them home and divided it up into 1lb packs for the freezer. I use quart sized Ziploc freezer bag and have an organization bin in my freezer just for these. We were in KY and bought these there on a scouting trip to buy a home there and we're so happy we stopped.
