Decadent mini cheesecakes perfect for making into fancy desserts or to serve plain with a DIY topping bar (sauces, fruits, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and cookie crumbles! I added a layer of Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a Biscoff cookie for a fancy baby shower dessert.

The cheese cakes were delicious and our guests loved them with the special toppings we added. They were definitely a welcomed surprise and highlight of the meal.

These were an overwhelming favorite at the graduation party! Many guests asked where I got them. I added some cherry pie filling to some to add color and flavor choice. Huge hit and will buy again.

Surprisingly amazing cheesecakes. Easily to defrost and decorate. Used for a dessert table at a wedding. A bit bigger than expected. Good decent individual size.
