They don't taste like Chic-fil-a. They are a moist, light on the breading, chicken nugget and have a slight dill flavoring. We usually don't like frozen chicken nuggets because they're either too dry and/or way too much breading. These are perfect and taste good plain or some of us like to dip in litehouse ranch dressing. We love them.

These nuggets are delicious! I give it 3 stars because when I take them out of the microwave, I smell more of pickles than chicken nuggets. I more likely to buy again if they take out the pickle scent. If lyou love pickles and chicken, then you'll like these nuggets.

I wanted so badly to love these. The taste is great but every single nuggets had the ligament in them making them gross. When I eat a chunk of chicken, I want chicken meat. Not ligaments that take up 80% of the nuggets and grosses me out. I wish these didn’t have that because of the taste being so good. Luckily my son will eat them so it’s not a complete waste of money.

These are very tasty and high quality for the price. Not identical but similar to a certain companies brand. These are white breast meat with rib meat the later of which has caused others to leave less than positive reviews and implying a mix of meat types but as stated on the bag it is chicken breast with rib meat. The pickle flavoring is mild and not overpowering as some have stated, it should be no surprise of the hint pickle seeing how these are southern style which most southern chicken sandwiches come with pickles. According to the ingredients there in vinegar halfway into the list which may also invoke pickle notes.

Bought these for the first time ever — ONLY because they looked like ChickFilA and I joked to my kids that they were, along with the matching fries! They’re pretty good. Very close to the tea thing! But as MAAANNNY people (including me) have noticed, they taste like pickle. I thought I was going crazy or that my sinus issues were playing tricks on my taste buds, but apparently I was correct. It’s pickle. I had NO IDEA that the real CFA nuggets have pickle flavoring too, but these are a bit more juiced up. It’s not HORRIBLE, but if you’re not a pickle person, you won’t like them. As another person mentioned, They definitely DO taste like the original CFA sandwich with all those pickles on it. My kids like them. That’s all that matters to ME, my gas tank and my wallet! Sidebar: can Member’s Mark get the lemonade too?

I love these! They have a dill/pickle taste which I love! I know that may be off-putting to some but it's absolutely delicious for my family and I. They are fast and convenient in the air fryer. Just combine them with your favorite sauce for a quick meal and/or snack!

When I read that these taste like Chick-Fil-A bites I was excited. Don't know if I got a bad bag or what but they were tough, chewy and filled with cartiledge. After one serving I threw the bag away. They were nasty texture. The only plus was that the coating did taste similar to the ones from Chick-Fil-A but the chicken was not up to their quality.

These bites are not the same as the "old" Southern Style Bites. The Simmons Signature bites were fantastic, these are mediocre at best. They have a very strong dill taste. I thought the other reviews exaggerated, they do not. Even drenched in ranch dressing or buffalo sauce it's still noticeable. The quality of the chicken is not as good as the Simmons Signature bites either found a fair amount of tendons and fat. If you want the nuggets that really give Chick-Fil-A a run for their money, ask Sam's to bring back the Simmons Signature bites. 10x better. I dunno why Sam's had to go ruin a good thing and make a bad knockoff, but they did.

Fair comparison to the real deal! I personally think the key is how you cook it. When I prepared in the oven following directions perfectly they turned out so much better then when I used my air fryer. I did pop the chicken into the air fryer on 400 for about 2 minutes in order to crispy them up. The fries are great, as bag states, don’t over cook. They may seem under cooked but let them sit for a few minutes and they’re just as good as good as fast food without all the deep fry oil. I notice some people complain about the pickle taste, that’s what the fast food joint does as well, pickle is in their breading! My kids eat them with no complaints. Would prefer the french fry bag being resealable.

These were raved about on WW as best nugget- low calorie/ points so I was super excited to get them. The pickle flavor I love, it does taste similar to Chick-fil-A. What I don’t love however is that half the bag is wasted because some pieces are so tough you can’t chew them! I’ve tried couple bags now with same result- so I won’t be buying these anymore.
