I bought my daughter 4 of these lunchboxes for this school year, and 2 of them had pieces breaking off, making them unusable. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded quickly but also are replacing both of the lunchboxes under warranty! The lunchboxes are perfect for putting an assortment of choices for lunch foods and are so spacious I can often pack her a snack as well. Love them!

I bought these for my mother who is at a nursing home. The food is brought from home and it NEVER spills. It stays hot. These unit are perfect size and allow you to measure the food intake. The inner tray comes out easily and is microwave safe. The units wash properly - no residual smell. These things are a life saver. I highly recommend them.

I bought the bentgo Fresh for both of my kids and it has been such a HIT! I feel so much better not packing 100 zip lock baggies and I can pack hummus for my son which he LOVES! Also, my son threw away his divider on accident and the Bentgo team was SO quick to help! I would recommend this over and over again!

We have used this style lunch box for six years, for two kids and two adults. It is truly leakproof which makes it great for throwing in school backpacks, ski bags, hiking backpacks, work bags, etc. The flexibility of the larger compartment size is great to accommodate different "main dish" items. Just be careful not to throw away the divider! It washes well by hand or on the top rack of the dishwasher. We LOVE the Bento Fresh Box!

I bought a bentgo box a little over a year ago. My daughter broke one of the hinges. Bentgo replaced her bentgo box quickly, no questions asked. These are spill/leak proof and have multiple compartments. My daughter is a “snacker” and does much better with a large variety of items versus one large meal. This box is perfect for her. Well worth the money due to the outstanding customer service alone.

I bought my bentgo lunch box for my daughter in November 2022. It’s meant for leak-proof. After using a few times, I noticed that it leaked through the lunch bag and school bag. I realized that my purchase was still within the warranty. I immediately reached to customer service team. The whole price only took 3 days max that I already received the replacement. I am delightfully happy with my purchase and the customer service that I am provided. Would continue to explore different products with Bentgo! :)

We use this almost every day for our daughter’s lunches. It even works great for dinners for kids who like everything separated. We just bought a second box to pack two lunches at a time and save us from making lunch every day. I’m even more amazed by their customer service when the latch on our first box broke. I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. Bentgo Fresh is an amazing product my busy family uses on a daily basis for school/work lunches and pre packed dinners. It is extremely durable, easy to open and close, doesn't leak when packing messy lunches and is dishwasher safe. This is our seventh season of using bentgo fresh lunch boxes and it is worth its weight in Gold!

I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic.
