I have been taking this compound for years. I'm 80 years old. My prostate is not enlarged and i have no problems urinating and no frequent urinating.

I took this supplement for 60 days and had no noticeable improvement. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

I would get up a couple times a night to pee, after a week or close to, its only once, or sleep right thru the night now.

my prostate has gotten bigger since I took this garbage. it has not helped with urination or anything. i want a refund plus a gift card. ridiculous
