After using for a week, my nightly trips are down to once a night and it seems the flow good and bladder is completely empty. More expensive than just the one supplement, but the results might be worth it. I will keep up with it to stave off prescription medication in the future.

Capsules are easy to swallow, they have no after taste and produce no adverse reaction so far. I will continue to use until bottle is depleted and finish this review. Seems from what I understand it takes around thirty days to become fully effective. Only had 30 gels used 2 a day as per recommend amount. I did notice a difference last two days using. Overall I would use again.
