I haven't woken up late at night needing to get up and use the bathroom so I'm getting a better nights sleep. Plus my urine flow was weak. About a week of taking Force Factor Prostate I started to notice a change. My flow got stronger and I wasn't waking up as much through the night. I've been taking Force Factor Prostate for almost 2 weeks now and I only wake up for the bathroom once a night. This really helped me to get some real sleep. I'm going to continue to take it. Capsules are easy to swallow, they have no after taste and produce no adverse reaction so far. I will continue to use until bottle is depleted and finish this review. I have read that it takes 6-8 weeks for any improvements to be noticeable, so I will revert back to this review when done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been quite happy with the Force Factor Prostate pills. I've tried to adjust my health overall, so this was absolutely a portion of it. I found the biggest improvement was in the frequency of waking up to urinate at night. While I wouldn't have called it a major problem, it was enough of an issue to disrupt sleep some for me. I feel that I've seen a good improvement in this(without any other real adjustments other than the Force Factor). I will continue to take/buy this product.
