Took for 30 days, only help was the urgency. I was able to hold it instead of dancing til I went. Still urinating frequently, up 3 to 5 times a night and trouble emptying. Switched to Advanced formula for one week and things worsened. Plus, started getting stomach problems. Been off both now for 2 weeks. Stomach problems gone and things are back to normal. I will deal with the urgency.

As I get older, my bladder always feels like there's a bit of pressure and I'm concerned that I have to relieve myself, whether or not it's really true. Day 10 on Force Factor Prostate and that constant urge-to-go is just about gone. Flow is noticeably stronger and no more couple-of-drops-after-i-think-I'm-finished problem as well. Is this a life changer? No, but it certainly has made me a lot more confident and less distracted during the day, so definitely a keeper.
