This policy is garbage. They say the offer says if the purchase is over $50, delivery is free, but they still want to charge you the full value of the promotion.

They are okay

This is a quality high air flow filter. I took static pressure measurements with and without these filters and adjusted my HVAC max air flow settings for each zone to stay within a 0.5 to 0.8 range for static pressure. I installed 3 of these filters and 4 months later they are still clean and having almost no impact on air flow. These filters are far better and flow significantly more air than really cheap 3M filters. They also fit the housing tighter and seal better. I know because I had some from previous owners to compare. I gave that junk away on marketplace. These combined with a robot vacuum and mop have kept my home virtually dust free over these 4 months and they have a lot of life left. If you think these restrict your air flow too much, you need to get your HVAC settings adjusted and possibly get professional help if your ducts aren’t sized properly. Air flow issues are a problem with your system, not with these high flow filters.

I bought your 3M Filtrete 16x25x1 Air Filter MPR 1200D MERV 11, Allergen Reduction Plus Dust, 4-Pack Filters for many years, then you discontinued them so I switched to your MERV 12 tighter pleated filters. We just had our annual furnace tune-up and they did NOT recommend these. They are too restrictive and make the furnace work harder. Please bring back the other style filters.

This filter may work great on new HVAC system but I don’t recommend using this filter on an old HVAC system. After installing this filter, I noticed that he blower fan kept running continuously. I had 2 different technicians replacing several parts (relays/switches) but the problem with the fan was not fixed. I replaced this filter with a standard filter and the unit is running OK and the blower fan start/stop as set.

These filters work well and fit perfectly, amazed at the amount of dirt these collect
