[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent filter. There are less expensive filters out there but you get what you pay for. I stopped buying cheap filters years ago. They just don't as good of a job. These are high quality and very effective. Filtrete is a name with an excellent reputation and I would trust most any product with their name on it. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a highly effective filter allergens.

I had been waking up with headaches recently, which have since stopped, and I attribute to allergens that had been coming through the vents from our old filters. And that’s important to us because I have to take allergy medicine every day and this is just an extra step in blocking out the allergens. We have four dogs and so there is a lot of pet dander in our home. These air filters are absolutely the best, they are a little more expensive than the cheap ones but they work so much better. Take it from someone that is highly allergic to a lot of things, these work great.

My family all suffers from allergies and I really think these have helped with purifying the air. I also love that they help rod the air of bacteria and viruses. Would definitely recommend for your furnace.

It will filter out levels of allergens and bacteria that my old filter wasn't able to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several filter brands and most of them collapse after a few weeks. These hold up until it’s time to change them…every time. The filters are made well and catch everything it needs to. We change them every 60 days or so and it keeps the air quality decent in our home of 4 dogs. I will only ever use Filtrete filters from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 3M - Filtrete™ Ultra Allergen Bacteria and Virus 1600 MPR 1600 16 in x 20 in x 1 in.n It is the perfect fit, nice and tight. It is a very sturdy filter, and looks so different than the filters I have been using in the past.

I'm not sure how I'll be able to know it works well other than waiting for a month or two to pass and understand if it works. I would think if it shows up dirty then it works!
