Working Class - 1 out of 5 stars review12/31/2025I have been buying 3m filters for my ac from SAMS club for years but the last batch has issues. I think it is too restrictive and causes my furnace to cut off or short cycle. A new filters fixes the issue but returns in less than 30 days, I can feel the decreased airflow in the registers. Also, I recall the 3M filters used to have rounded folds in the filter material however these newer ones have very sharp folds like a W or V. I am not sure if the earlier version had a lower merv rating. I can no loger use these for more than 20 days, and we do not have any pets or a dusty house.
The newer version is very restrictive
