I ordered these for my daughters bridal shower. They arrived a day early, which was not ideal as I was concerned about keeping them fresh for 3 days before our event. They arrived a little limp. I trimmed them and put them in water with some flower food and they perked up and lasted for nearly 3 weeks. They were gorgeous and perfect. I would order these again!

Several of these flowers were wilted due to delay in receiving them. I am rating a three because I know it wasn’t Sam’s fault. They were packed well and probably would have been great if we would have received them on the correct date. We just payed a lot for them and couldn’t use all of them.

Too delicate for shipping. These flowers were delayed in customs and when they arrived about 40% of them were not usable for the wedding. The petals fell off and many of the flowers were brown. The ones that survived were good but I was disappointed in these particular flowers. The roses and white stock were much more hardy and survived the shipping more intact.

These are beautiful, delicate, and expensive flowers. During shipping, I think the delicate flowers may have been damaged, making them unusable for our event. However, with excellent customer service from Sam’s Club, we were able to get a full refund easily. No questions asked! Thank you sams!!

BUYER BEWARE! Thes flowers were a such a disappointment. They were VERY TINY-most were a half an inch in size and about half of them had drooping stems. The pics and description of these on this site were a lie. We had to rush and find new flowers at the last minute because these were NOT ACCEPTABLE for anything much less a special occasion.

The flowers were slightly wilted and smaller than flowers of this kind I’ve ordered from other locations in the past. I followed all of the instructions indicated, plus some florists tricks of my own. They never fully came back from the shipping process. Way over priced for the small blooms and brown wilted flowers mixed within each bundle. I had to go out and purchase more flowers locally to make up the deficit.

I would give this a zero‑star rating if that were an option. I read the mixed reviews and decided to give this vendor a chance, as some customers reported positive experiences. Unfortunately, mine was not one of them. The flowers arrived on Tuesday with broken stems, bent necks, and even a charred bloom. By Saturday morning, most of the arrangement had deteriorated at a rapid pace. I contacted customer service, and more time was spent taking and submitting photos to “prove” the issue than actually resolving it. I initially requested a replacement to give the vendor another opportunity, but after this experience, I no longer want a second attempt—I want a refund. If you need flowers for a special occasion, to brighten someone’s day, or for any meaningful purpose, this is not the vendor to rely on. The risk of disappointment is simply too high.

I have ordered many flowers from Sam’s Club and these are by far the worst I have ever received. I usually recommend Sam’s Club flowers to others but definitely not these ones. They were very poor quality, I had to toss so many of them due to broken heads and the ones I could use didn’t last 7 days, I had to pull them out of the bouquets on day 5 as they were rotting and contaminating the other flowers. A direct flower order should last a couple of weeks, not 5 days. I would never order them again, nor recommend them. I should have asked for a refund but was so busy with my event, I didn’t have time to deal with customer service. I would have had better quality and less expense if I had just bought them from my local grocery store. Lesson learnt, other flowers are great, just not these ranunculus!

I am beyond upset. I just recieved this bouquet and it looks to be about $20 worth of half dead flowers. TINY flowers. Very decieving. We have a wedding shower Saturday morning and live hours away from a Sams or they would be returned. Half of them are broke and bent.

These flowers arrived very wilted and dehydrated. Most of them were browned with bent stems when I opened them up. I was only able to use 10-15 flowers out of 60. Very disappointing!
