I'm really pleased with my purchase; the service was awesome and super efficient. However, there's one thing that bugs me: I can't see this purchase on my online account or mobile app. Sam's Club can see it, but I can't. I reached out to several associates, and they weren't much help.

These tires, which were recommended by Sam's Club staff, have made a big difference in the ride if my car. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful on making my decision. The installation process was fast and done while I was shopping.

I couldn't believe the final price, tires installed and all the perks that come with the purchase. I'm very happy with the tires, and I'm very happy with the price and all the perks that come with the purchase. I was especially impressed with Sam's Club Road Hazard warranty on the tires. 5 years of road hazard warranty. That's excellent! I'll buy my tires, from now on, at Sam's Club.

I have purchased a set of Pirelli tires for my civic replacing original Firestone tires. The price is comparable with quoted by Firestone but the new tires are more quiet and the life is rated 50% more vs original. I am happy with the purchase and installation.

Sam's Bluefield Va honored a blowout of a tire less than a year old. No questions asked. Replaced blowout with new tire. Staff did a fantastic job and got me out the door. Highly recommend purchasing tires and warranty from Sam's.

My tire light came on in my car of low tire pressure passenger side rear was 8 pounds low on my new tires. It got very cold that night and I was thinking maybe my valve stem had a slow leak because you guys did not put new valve stems on. I put air in my tire and it is holding now.

3days after purchase the tire was deflated. Upon examination by towing truck the tire was not properly installed and the valve was not tightened properly hence the air leak from the tire

These tires are horrible. But what's even worse is the service that I'm receiving from Sam's Club. I have gone back to the tires department three times had to bring a letter from a mechanic stating that my car was in good shape and I still haven't had any resolution to the poor condition of the tires. My car fishtails at 45 mph. I've explained to the manager of the tire department and to a managers of Sam's Club, how unsafe they are, and I still have them on my car and waiting for some type of resolution to the problem! Can't even just return them and purchase new tires.

I'm not at all happy with my new set of Pirelli tires. I've bought countless numbers of tires over my many years of membership for all my countless vehicles I have had and I can honestly say this is the first time I've been disappointed. The ride is much too hard for a full size passenger luxury vehicle and the wax coating on the tires is ridiculous and extremely difficult to remove.

Tire installation use to be free and now they are charging $20 a tire ...Sams club keeps raising the rate for membership and I am now starting to see no value in this.
