Purchased and kept for two days to ripe, when sliced, one side raw and other side really soft and mushy and smelly. Had to trash it.

We love a good cantaloupe. But these are totally unreliable and generally have a bad taste or texture is hard.

Not sure what was wrong but the cantaloupe was dry and abnormal looking on the inside. I had it throw it away.

Cantaloupe was mushy on 1 end and hard as a rock on the other end. They are cheaper at Walmart i saw, too! Returned it, impossible to eat.

They have a good sweet flavor but take a month or more to ripen; otherwise, it's a pain in the but to peel.

Too early in the season - I let it sit out for a few days to ripen more, but it was not sweet at all.

This was not super sweet. Which is good. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. It was not dry neither.

I purchased a large cantaloupe from Sam's Club. I find that the fruits and vegetables have always been fresh and good.

I waited a week just in case because it felt so firm. Full flavored, perfect with prosciutto. Now I wish I had bought two.

This time I was disappointed at the size of the cantaloupe's this time. They were smaller than usual but just as sweet as the big though.
