The e gift card doesn't work on my account, I have to write some email Google official mailbox to take back the value.

The code came in 6 hours. The email provided a link to add the $100 to my Google play account. I just needed to log in.

These cards are not traceable so it is difficult to determine who or where the receiver has received it. With a serial number search is the one listed on the card it should be easy to locate the point of cashing of the card
