I drank it straight & finished the bottle with a friend with only slight after taste of the bubbly wine. The work went so far when we popped it and we didn't think until afterwards that we needed a video of it. We are very impressed with the look of the bottle. It made for a fun night!

It has a hint of sweet when it first hits your tongue and has a wonderful amount of bubbles that sustain the carbonation and effervescence until you reach the bottom of your glass. It is not too heavy on any one flavor on my pallet. I tried it alone and loved it. I also tried it with a variety of juices and it maintained its crispness even with the sweetest juice. The dark bottle with hints of gold and red look good when presented or sat on the table or Island. A new fave for sure!

We chilled it and paired it with orange juice and had amazing mimosas. I would definitely consume it on it's own too though. It's got a refreshing flavor that I would imagine comes from the citrus, pear, and apple. I usually end up with a headache the morning after drinking any wine or champagne, and that was not the case with this... Always a plus! ;)
