Definitely helps give you that extra needed boost of hydration. It tastes like water, which means it really doesn’t taste like anything. Feeling much more hydrated now that I’ve added this water to my daily routine.

I do believe the bottled water is higher quality than tap water, but in general I drink tap water because I don’t want to purchase bottles. This is nothing special. To me, bottled water is the same except for desani which has a specific taste. So while this makes claims about being “perfectly balanced,” what does that mean even. It’s just water.

This water contains electrolytes and minerals, its purified and its perfectly ph balanced! I was pleasantly surprised by this. This is SO hydrating!
