It has electrolytes and minerals. It has that ph water taste. I love that the bottle is 100% recycled ♻️ plastic taking care of our planet is key.

I am also someone who can be very picky with water; yes, water has a taste to me. This Core Hydration water tastes very refreshing and not chemically or stale at all. I drank this water while out swimming at the lake in 90 degree weather. It is very hydrating and I just bought more!

Quite honestly one bottle of water is hard to tell if it’s actually making a difference but the taste was nice for water and I felt good after! If these benefits are important to you and you notice a difference with them then I would totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes like normal bottle water with minerals. No sodium which is great. I just don’t like the lid. It’s unnecessary to have more plastic on top of plastic. Serves no purpose and it’s not good for our landfills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product to review. I was excited about reviewing the product, but with the first sip, it had a muddy flavor. I continued to try it, and the initial taste did not go away. I like the consistency of the water just not the taste.
