[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water is water right? Wrong. It’s about more than taste. It’s also convenience, accessibility, and taste. I used this water during one of my workouts. It was not convenient to undo the cap between breaks and put it back on. At a gym it would be tipped over and go everywhere. The water had a metallic taste to me and it just wasn’t convenient to me. I’d rather have something with a sports top and electrolytes.

Being a preschool teacher I am ALWAYS on the move throughout the day and Core helps me stay hydrated and alert for my kids! When I head to grab a bottle of water especially from a store or gas station on a quick stop Core is my go to for hydration! I'm gonna be honest all water doesn't taste the same but Core has a great clean taste.

It says there are key minerals in it to keep you sort of refreshed and hydrated. I felt none of those. There was no special flavor about it, and no carbon which I did not expect either.

Quite honestly one bottle of water is hard to tell if it’s actually making a difference but the taste was nice for water and I felt good after! If these benefits are important to you and you notice a difference with them then I would totally recommend it.
