While I wish these could be more eco friendly, the flip top kid really does help me drink more. As a pregnant and now breast feeding mom I really had to trick myself into drinking more water. I tried refillable bottles (they always end up mildewing under seals that eventually don’t work), straws, and various water bottles. These worked best for me, I think it’s something about the shape of the water spout. It’s easily resealable With one hand and even my 1 year old can drink from it without too much of a spill. They’re easy to enough to refill a few times too if you’re worried about the impact.

I can actually drink this. I hate water because it upsets my stomach and also the taste is not to my liking. My doctor told me I had to start drinking water with the Electrolytes and such because of some health issues. I was stalling on getting anything but while at SAM's Club I saw these and the price was good so bought a case. I was really surprised that it did not upset my stomach and I could drink it without adding flavoring. Also, the cap on the bottle is very nice and easy to use. I am buying more and taking one bottle to the doctor when I go so she will believe me. I am buying more.
